I had zero experience with real estate transactions when I had to finish the remodel my late brother had started and then sell the house. Steve was awesome -- an overused word these days, but the only one that really describes working with him. Needless to say, it was a difficult time for me and he made it easier. He made recommendations but was never pushy, & made it clear the final decision was always mine. He helped us find subcontractors. He knew what a realistic timeline for finishing the house looked like (I did not). He had no problem getting his hands dirty in the last few crazy days -- much of the lovely yard was his doing. We wanted the house to sell quickly, and he knew how to price it -- we got an offer for the full asking price on the first day it hit the market. If you're looking for a real estate agent with experience and ethics, this is your guy.
